Package Contents

1 - i-System Vision Control (black or white)

1 - Vision Center (black or white, depending on control choice)

1 - Power cable

1 - Pressure sensor

The i-System Vision control features a 128x64 pixel Oled graphic display and eight buttons for viewing and navigating the various functions offered by the system.

The i-System Vision control displays two different screens depending on the connection status with the control center:

- 1.3-inch Oled screen

- Backlit touch buttons

- Displays the TEBÃO logo, indicating that the control unit is disconnected from the control center.

Up to four sets of values can be saved. Memories are represented by the numeric buttons on the control (1 to 4). When the user selects a number, it is surrounded by a red border. Once the memory is selected, it can be saved by pressing the menu button.

The interface

The interface section allows three parameters to be configured:

1. Screen brightness: allows reducing or increasing the light intensity emitted by the screen and buttons.

2. Screen duration: allows setting the duration for which the remote control remains on before turning off.

3. Automatic mode: When this option is enabled, each time the vehicle is started, it automatically rises to the height preceding shutdown, and the suspensions are reset each time it is stopped.

Compressor

The compressor section offers 3 different configuration options:

1. Pressure: defines the pressure range that will be maintained in the compressed air tank. It is possible to set the desired minimum and maximum pressure values.

2. Timing: Defines the waiting times for activation after the vehicle starts, as well as the maximum duration for which the compressor can run continuously. When the time limit is reached, the user is notified and can continue using the compressor or turn it off if desired. This is an optional measure to help users avoid compressor overheating.

3. Pulse test: when this option is selected, the compressor is momentarily turned on so that the user can check its operation.

Sensors

The sensor section allows you to configure the system's operating mode, i.e., whether it will operate in manual mode or position sensor mode. The kit is factory-configured for manual operation.

1. S/Sensor: If this mode is chosen, the system will operate without the use of position sensors, relying solely on the number of pulses used to make vehicle height adjustments.

Manual mode is indicated by the letter M on the screen, and the numerical values correspond to the number of pulses given to each air cushion. The graphic indicators in the center of the screen no longer appear, as the system does not use position sensors.

2. Position: If this mode is chosen, the system will operate in automatic mode, meaning it will use position sensors to adjust the height.

This mode requires calibration so that the system can map the position sensor values to ensure maximum accuracy in height adjustments. Without calibration, it will not be possible to operate in automatic mode.

The A symbol indicates that the system is operating in automatic mode.

Sensor Errors

When the system constantly uses the position sensors as a reference to modify the air spring pressure in automatic mode, but one of them is disconnected or faulty, the user is informed and the system automatically switches to manual mode.

Once the sensor problems are corrected, the user will need to calibrate the system again as described in the Sensors section.

Control Reset

Allows resetting the control to factory settings. Press the menu button for approximately 10 seconds. The red LEDs of buttons 1, 2, and 3 light up successively, then the control turns off, which ends the reset process.
