1. My item hasn't arrived yet, is that normal?
Delivery takes from 48 hours to approximately 3 to 5 weeks depending on the products and their availability.
If it's been less than 5 weeks, just be patient, your products are on their way.
If your product is still not there after a MAXIMUM of 8 weeks, we will refund you 100%. However, this happens only in very exceptional cases.
2. Why is delivery so long?
To avoid high storage and labor costs, some of our products are often shipped by our suppliers, which allows us to offer you items at very competitive prices while providing you with French support.
3. I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the moment your order was placed. Simply send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund 100% of the amount.
4. There are items missing from my order, where are they?
We work with many suppliers; when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, it is possible that you will receive 5 different packages, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be in the same package.
In most cases, only 1 package is sent to you.
5. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?
Click on the "order tracking" tab and enter your order number and the email address you provided when ordering. You will see if the order status is "processed" or "unprocessed".
6. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world.
7. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?
Absolutely, if your item arrives broken, send it back to us and you will be refunded. Everything is explained on our "return policy" page.
8. I ordered the wrong item, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, so please be careful before placing an order. Double-check during checkout that your product is correct!
9. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
Absolutely, just contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 15 days from the receipt of the goods. You just need to send us back the item and we will refund it 100%. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

11. Can I contact you by phone?
For speed, we do not take phone calls. Processing an email takes us a few seconds or minutes, whereas a call lasts several minutes on average. To avoid costs and offer you the lowest prices, we only respond by email. Please note that we do not ignore anyone and respond quickly. If you have any doubts, test it out.
12. Can I trust you?
Absolutely, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard with our Stripe and McAfee secure applications, you can be sure that our site is 100% secure.
13. Are air suspensions approved?
We would like to inform our valued customers that the installation of Airride suspensions is not approved for road use. These suspension systems are specifically designed for private use and are not approved for road use in accordance with current regulations.
